Team Quality – Relevant Expertise and Experience Qualification

JH Cleaning worked closely with the approved Institutes to ensure our cleaning staff and management team are continuously up-to-date with industry standards. A yearly training plan for all staffs in the company was been implemented. They are required to attend at least two WSQ courses related to their field of cleaning. In additional to that, all cleaning staff will also require to undergo an annual refresher course. Example of such courses include Workplace Safety & Health Policies & procedures etc

Cleaning Methodology

JH Cleaning based on SS499 industrial standards as a guide for the cleaning methodology and procedure so as to maintain our high-quality level of service. The cleaning procedure will also be changed in accordance to the client’s schedule of work.

Before Commencement of Work

MEETING • Brief cleaning personnel on their roles & responsilbities and standard expected • Schedule of works to be carried out • Positive or negative feedback received

HANDBOOK • To refer on the different type of cleaning methodologies whenever unsure or what to do

Manpower Monitoring & Resources

The manager will monitor the system every morning and take note on which site need extra resources for the day before deploying the relief cleaners. The executive will also have a monthly movement chart for each site that records down the movement of the workers, i.e. which day in the month the worker taking annual leave. We have a pool of full-time and part-time relief cleaners on hand. In the event of absenteeism due to annual leave, urgent leave or medical leave, the supervisor will make arrangement and deploy replacement cleaner and/or floater to the site. This will ensure the cleaning operation will not be jeopardized. If absenteeism occurs, replacement staff will be arranged within 2 hours of activation.

Monitoring of Feedbacks

A feedback log will be kept which details down the areas that need to clean up. If the same feedback keeps coming in during the month, it will serve as an alert to us. Special arrangement and attention will be made to minimize the possibility of a reoccurrence. Whatsapp chatgroup will be created and pictures of the works to be done / completed will be posted in the group. Should there be negative feedback received, action can be taken immediately.
